3. Products

We make every effort to ensure product images, descriptions, colors, and specifications accurately represent the final product. However:

• Minor variations in stitching, printing, and fabric texture may occur.

4. Personalized Products

Customers may personalize eligible products with specific details, including:

• Player Name
• Jersey Number

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all customization details (including spelling and numbering) are entered correctly before placing an order. GEDRO is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

5. Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted only after payment is successfully received and the order is confirmed by GEDRO. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Fraud prevention or suspicious activity
• Incomplete or inaccurate customer information

If your order is cancelled after payment has already been received, the customer will receive an appropriate refund.

6. Pricing

7. Payment

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once customization or printing has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

10. Returns & Refunds

Because customized products are made specifically for each customer, all sales are final. Customized or non-customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they meet one of the following criteria:

• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect
• Printing defect
• Damaged during shipping

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the defect or damage to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
